A Quesadilla seasoned with 'Free'
Here's a reason why I love seminary life. We all love free/cheap things. On Wednesday, through word of mouth alone, the campus light up with breaking news: If you texted a local radio station the word "Miley" (presumably to proclaim our fandom of the pop singer) they would text you back a Qdoba coupon.
This was big news. For the price of one fountain drink you could get an entire antree for free. We swamped the place at lunch. At dinner there was a huge bunch of young teenagers (who probably actually knew/enjoyed Miley Cyrus) and a whole bunch of poor seminary students and their families. Five of us actually traveled to three different Qdobas and redeemed three coupons. What should have cost me $24 only cost me $4.50 and now I have leftovers for the next few meals.
I love seminary.
